- Melanie’s students compete from ponies right up to show Jumpers Club Grand Prix Tour (1.35cms), 4**** Star Eventing and Advanced Medium dressage.
- Melanie has represented Ireland all over Europe including Mondial Du Lion World Young Horse Breeding Championships in France and the CCI5***** at Luhmulhen, Germany in 2009, 2010 and 2014.
- Melanie and her husband Neil produce and sell several young horses every year to the top of the sport of eventing as well as to numerous amateurs globally, including her own Rathmolyon Flight CCI5*****, Roll on Dargle CCI4****, Dargle Looks (Harriet Dicken), Ardeo Fun Size (Stephanie Oakden), Fernhill Facetime (Zara Tindall), Ardeo Brigadier (Georgie Strang), Ardeo Premier (Alex Bragg),
- Trained under Chris Bartle, British Eventing Team’s High Performance Coach, since 2008 – to date
- 2007 – 2010 Travelling back and forth to Germany with a string of horses training under Grand Prix Dressage Olympian Leonie Bramall and a member of the German Nations Cup show jumping team, Konrad Kugler.
- A member of the Irish Senior Eventing Squad for over 7 years and has competed at the highest level (5-Star), representing Ireland in the sport of eventing.
- Involved in the industry for the past 25 years and has built up a huge knowledge competing and training across Europe.
- A qualified social worker and addiction counsellor from Trinity College, Dublin.
- Worked as a social worker in Mount Joy Prison and Bray Community Addiction Team as well as homeless shelters in Brazil, India and England.
