Returns & Exchanges Policy Ardeo Sport Horses

At Ardeo Sport Horses, we take pride in offering quality equestrian merchandise to our community across Ireland, the UK, and the United States. If your purchase isn't quite right, we are happy to help.

Returns

Ireland & EU customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, in line with EU consumer regulations. Items must then be returned within 14 days of approval.

UK customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, in line with UK consumer regulations. Items must be returned within 14 days of approval.

US customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. While US law does not require a return period, we extend this window as a courtesy to all our customers.

To be eligible for a return, items must be: unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition; returned with all original tags attached; free from marks, odours, or damage; and returned in original packaging where possible. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.

Exchanges

We understand how important the right fit is. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or colour, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate, subject to availability. Please note that exchange availability may vary depending on your location and current stock levels.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at shop@ardeosporthoses.com with your name and order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, your reason for return, and for exchanges, the size or variant you require. Once approved, we will provide full return instructions, including the appropriate return address for your region.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as Ardeo Sport Horses cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please note that international returns may be subject to customs requirements. We recommend marking returns clearly as "Returned Goods" to avoid unnecessary duties or delays.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part. Currency exchange fluctuations are outside our control and refunds will be processed in the original currency charged at checkout.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos clearly showing the fault or incorrect item. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: gift cards, items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase, and items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
